- You remain responsible for all work performed and all representations made to your customers
3. SMS MESSAGING TERMS
This section applies if SMS messaging is enabled on your account.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from or on behalf of the business you contacted.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
